  • Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed within approximately 5 business days. Please note that this processing time is separate from the shipping time.​

  • Delivery Timeline: Once your order is processed, delivery can be expected based on the shipping carrier's estimated transit time.​

  • Shipping Carrier: We utilize USPS, FedEx, and UPS for shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns or exchanges for products once they have been purchased.

Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work with you to address the issue with the damaged item at no cost to you.

To report a damaged product, please email us with your order number, a description of the damage, and a picture of the damaged item(s). Our customer service team is here to assist you!
